Call the LB and tell them which property you are interested in.... they will most likely fast track that house to the auction and pray you get it for a good price.

Hi BP Community,I was curious if anyone has purchased timeshares at a tax auction?

An update: I left her a letter the day after the auction with my name and phone number. 

These houses were foreclosed and it feels like a blind auction to me, I dont know what other offers were. 

From there it will be auctioned, GA is a redeemable tax deed state, which means when you buy the property at auction you’ve only purchased the right to collect the unpaid taxes and fees +20% penalty.

I can't praise this book enough, especially for young people who want to get into real estate but don't take the next steps because of self-doubt regarding success and failure.

I always find myself on Zillow looking at properties, trying to find deals and auctions etc.I have been looking into getting my real estate license here in Florida but I'm not sure I just want to be an agent working for a brokerage.
