Can you elaborate more on your model?

I am telling you as a fact it would be an unprofitable business model.

If this sounds like you there are a lot of benefits you would gain to help with your aspirations of apartment investing.

You just need to find 2-4 BRRRR investors who fit your model and you will crush it! 

FICO scores, all those factors you're familiar with.Simplified model, Fannie Mae would pay $97,875 for a 25% down SFR investment loan of $100,000, meaning the lender would lose money for doing the loan.But Fannie Mae pays more for loans with higher rates.

Curious if any of my fellow self storage investors have researched this new business model of "On Demand Storage"?  

I live in Los Angeles, California, and I'm an aspiring rental property investor.

I have recently purchased a 4 level mixed use property.My elevator maintenance provider has informed me that the current model of "door operator" is no longer being manufactured as of Jan 2019.

I would make pennies on the dollar with annual leases  AND people with annual leases can lose their job or leave overnight, so where is the security in that model? 

For these purposes I'm taking a little closer look at EM/MOIC as a simple metric I can use to build a very macro model of my strategy over a long period of time.
