I started reading up some of the articles, some member postings, and also listening to some podcasts and I have to say that I am excited at the possibilities of real estate investing!

I have read all the articles online about the best markets for what I am doing, but Im interested in what regular people have to say. 

Today some people contend it still does, and others say it is no longer the case.And remember you can do everything 100% legally with the best intentions, and that does not insulate you from a fair housing complaint.Also here is a great little article from the NAR.
