As far as education, I am a senior at A&M Commerce here in Texas and just registered for my last 3 classes to achieve my formal educational goal of obtaining my Bachelors Degree in Applied Arts & Sciences.

So far I haven’t found that where I’m investing but that’s definitely a better art of due diligence that’s not often thought of.

Make it so it is science, not art...  

So far I've been coordinating tours for prospective tenants around the schedule of my current tenants to make sure I'm not entering the property without the current tenants being home.  

You could send a message to a drive by and offer a virtual tour from your website locking you into the sale. 

I'm balancing a few factors, and would like some outside input.Medfield/Woodberry:-Medium-sized 3/2 rowhouses in the low $200s, many unrenovated - I'd call it a solidly lower middle class neighborhood, generally pretty relaxed and low-key-Walking distance to Hampden, Roland Park (one of the more $$$ neighborhoods in Bmore), a little further up the 83 from central Bmore/downtown-Very green, safe(r), parks, residential-Apparently has a good school districtBarclay/Station North:-Mixed residential and retail, "arts district", walking distance to Amtrak/Marc Penn Station-Not as safe.

The community amenities currently include an office, state-of-the-art gym, resort-style pool, spa, grilling area, and a fantastic WiFi lounge.

We do have some upcoming Dirty House Bus Tours and various seminars and workshops on Saturday which makes a little longer drive a lot easier.
