First off I'm anti condo and anti negative cash flow in most situations. 

You'd be surprised how many scams there are, or people that let friends borrow their license to work under, etc.

.#1-in the old days, I was actually taught by a member on BP how to scam the system and rushed to the top in influence points.

Grossly unqualified people have no business being put in any pipeline driving your costs upward or wasting time, now or ultimately in the near future.I'm really glad to see the new mortgage regulations, while I think there could have been a better approach, at least there is an attempt to curbing incompetence, fraudulent dealings and intentional scamming.

I know many people are skeptical about the Nigeria scam but please am serious and want to learn to grow rich and help people also learn.Thank you for reading.
