@Michael McKaySome quick observations from our experience with Student Housing:1) Check the zoning / by-laws for the area to confirm the maximum number of unrelated adults permitted in a single dwelling.  

Immigrants see the potential that American buyers do not, in terms of a vacant property that no one has ever lived in.Government agencies are another buyer of my tax deed properties in Louisiana and likely in other states. 

American trainers will come to Canada and preach this system then train their Canadian trainers to do the same thing....
