Im of the opposite mind actually....Id say this is landlords responsibility...cost of doing business.

Total time likely is 5 minutes but it is 5 minutes that we do want to limit.So a second lockout within a year of setting the combo (because we put the date set by the new combo in the notes app and therefore do not use the actual lock out date - they make get an extra week or two)  is $50.
