I'm a newby in real estate but I do currently own a house with no mortgage and I'm looking groups or meetings in Atlanta, Ga to do some networking with more experienced individuals.

I was able to send one the other day, from someone's profile, that had a "contact me" link on it, but now any time I type someone's name in the "new message" window, it resets itself...I see the note that I can only send messages to one user at a time until I upgrade, but does that actually mean I can only have one active message thread at any given time? 

If you're looking out-of-state and seeking property management, you need to be sure you're interviewing multiple management companies and really fit with the right one.  

You also consolidate maintenance and repairs, bill paying, payroll etc.One other advantage is an ability to generate "active" income via the PM company and create retirement plans, benefits, SS credits etc.

Our investment activity is centered around flipping, but you could certainly use the same approach with the BRRRR method.
