I've tried a couple different ones with little success.

It is nice to know that there are a lot of different possibilities for a situation like this depending on what we want to achieve as the end result.

I yearn everyones experience on these forums, there are a lot of very successful investors I would like to learn from.

However, to achieve those returns requires renting individual rooms month to month as well as for Short Term Rentals (AirBnB style) rather than renting each tri-plex as an separate living unit.  

I am not looking to earn a lot on this flip as it's quite cheap but if I can do it successfully, then I would've gained experience and a bit of cash too.
