Hello BP,We are trying to work with Chase Bank on a short sale.

Even with doing all the Lyft and 2 full time jobs we are going to break even which I can't do for the long term and continue to get by for more than a couple more months. 

We are looking for a personal loan for 50k to use as downpayment or any other advice as to how to get our hands on this duplex for less than 25% down payment. 

We are in year two.

Goal: Here we are 6 months later and looking to purchase my first investment property in home state of Florida.

I don't know if I ever really accomplish much but it is nice to get together with like minded individuals and discuss what we are involved in and hopefully to help someone get started.

We are currently verifying if what we heard from the neighbor is accurate information.

We didn’t intend to buy and sell so quickly, and we sold it for what we did because losing the 7ft of land changed our house plans and essentially, we are making no profit.
