Initial goal is to buy and sell, mid to long term goal is to buy and keep for long term retirement.My first 1400 postcards went out on Friday of last week via yellow letters with @Michael Quarles help with refining my list.  

I had one of my guys in MS get a cease and desist.. then still went down the wrong path and they arrested him on a Friday night so he could not get bail until Monday sitting in Jail over the weekend = no fun.And here on BP its all hearsay anyway non of us are the regulators we can all have our opinions but they don't mean squat at the end of the day..

They should have hit mail boxes last Thursday/Friday. 

@Michael Quarles I thought before you said to not mail on a thursay or friday or something like that as they would get the mail on the weekend.

And just to be clear, this guy got in trouble again and they picked him up on  a Friday night him and his wife and put them in Jail in Mississippi.. he bailed out on a Monday and spent many thousands of dollars keeping himself from going to prison.. so if the authorities want to take you on.. they will win.

Some of that is accidental, if it happens to hit on the day (usually Friday & Saturday) that all the other Adverts hit, it can get tossed in a big bundle along with all those valuable coupons.But my experience teaches me that no matter how I dress up or down my Post Card, it will not pull the same.

Cold calling is absolutely outstanding. when you do Call try and call between 9 AM to 11 AM and 3 PM to 5 PM Monday through Friday    And make it a requirement. 

My favorite Friday night activity after getting the kids to bed is to read through their posts and marvel at the creative solutions and knowledge.

@Derrick Reyes  - Like Minh mentioned, I have a meetup once a month in San Jose and the next one is next Friday.

Don't mail any local mail on Friday... and I would not be too aggressive until you have a handle on the number of calls and the time required.
