Florida has specific requirements to be met to stay legal otherwise it is a 3rd degree felony.

It's a receivable, due to you, the landlord, by the tenant who stayed buy didn't pay.

Potentially able to add another unit without too much difficulty, somewhere within Pasadena/Glendale to stay out of rent control. 

If I were to stay close to a college location though, I would want to stay around CSU.I probably would not be able to find anything, I am guessing, under the $!

I can handle all of his questions in regards to Brockton, Fall River, Worcester and Springfield although I would strongly recomend he stay away from Springfield as it is truly depressed.

He's good so he stays busy, and he may have a 2-3 week wait time.

I will make contact with bankers all this coming week to see who can help me, I could keep you updated if you would like to use this same strategy.
