The LLC would then in turn purchase the timber land.My thought is that as the LLC generated funds, I would be able to take a capital withdrawal that I would be used to pay the refinanced mortgage.

Most don't play in my sandbox as it is a GET RICH SLOW strategy and doesn't always carry that quick turnover that the property plays give you.

There's a lot to learn, a lot of relatively misleading and confusing information to sort through out there, and not enough people telling you to slow down and make sure you've mined the experience for the maximum learning you can get out of it.Is the limit usually 10 properties I can have loans on at a time?

I think the biggest risk of this type of transaction is that you aren't able to see the interior until after all of the slow government paperwork is settled.

I'm set to close Monday on a multifamily and need an extension because I'm pulling money out my 401k and they need additional forms to complete my withdraw.. we asked for extension for Wednesday and they decline saying they need the money Monday and if we want extension they're going to charge a fee..

My wife and I both have decent paying jobs at this point, so this is really a long term plan that I expect to start slow, and I don't plan on surviving off the cash flow in the near future, just reinvesting it.
