Promoting it on Craigslist, Facebook, linked in.......not seeing any difference than a regular site.

A reputable contractor who wants repeat business will absorb those costs to promote goodwill with his customer and will make up the loss on future projects.

Perhaps some of this was avoidable as far as promoting freedom number schemes. 

Even if they don’t use their degrees they usually used it to get the job, keep the job or get promoted over others who didn’t have one.
