Would anyone think it was fair if there was a law that said all restaurants in SF must sell their food to SF residents for 20% of the rate for non-SF residents? 

He tells me that the guys who are installing a new roof on the house are idiots and illegal Mexicans and that they won’t listen to him tell them how to do their job.

The school districts aren't great in these areas, BUT it is 5-10 minutes from a very popular walkable area with restaurants/shops and has easy access to major employment areas and interstates.

I was told this by a restaurant manager.
