I am yet to see a bank "go out of their way to advertise houses correctly, at the correct listing price".Mostly banks advertise for what they are owed, which is nearly always up to double the current value.After many weeks/months of being ignored because the price is so ridiculous they eventually sell it at fair market value which the market dictates.

It's like a residential broker that is a friend of mine that has been doing loans for almost 20 years says " On the residential investor 50,000 loans the deal is so small I will only make about 250 bucks on it" so he only does those deals when nothing else is happening.
