Single-family homes, then mid-class apartment buildings, and like that?

Or, does anybody has any tips on contacting new agents that are trying to get into apartment rentals? 

I am very excited to be a part of this growing family of real estate investors.

I ended up tearing the place apart trying to figure out how it was happening.

I thought I was going to be the mobile home king after taking Lonnie's course and the apartment king after taking Sue Nelson's course. 

I like Rentometer because it give you an estimate based on comps within 1 mile or half a mile based on number of bedrooms, Hotpads shows you whether the comp is an SFR or apartment,  Zillow will show the price of a comp without having to click on anything, and Craigslist offers results that may not appear on any of the other sites.

Average 3BR apartments rent for 700-900. 

To connect our house to the apartment above our garage or "Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) we had to have pipes excavated underground to ensure that the garage apartment could connect to sewer/water from our house.

Without this bank I would still be renting an apartment.
