Hello Everyone,When looking at pictures of a home, how do you go about estimating what the cost of the rehab would amount to?

National economic trends, local economy, neighborhood situation, home condition, desirability as a rental, demand factors as a purchase, and too many other factors to mention. 

Travelers has a home sharing/furnished rental product that I use for mid terms.

The only time I've heard of notes getting called is when the borrower tips off the bank that they sold the house and are no longer on title.I suppose the landscape could change as you have suggested, but seems unlikely to me.

One more tip – people remember stories that trigger their emotions.

We decided to sell our four-plex and made a great profit which we are using to fund our flip as well as hopefully buy more flips or buy and hold homes.

Homes could be had for $150k-ish.

One topic I think would be interesting to address is showing data demonstrating the average insurance coverage limits based on home value.
