yea just check your state real estate site .. they usually have all docs for free available to download

I've looked over dozens and so far, what looks best as far as software for property owners less than 50 units is:On Site Property Manager and Buildium.What does everyone think of these, and if there are others you would recommend instead, I love getting recommendations.

During the walk through, if I deem some of the interiors of the homes to be non-salvageable, then I am planning on demolishing the unit(s) on-site and tossing into a dumpster.

Other aspects of the free report on this site are industrial, commercial, etc.Phases 6-11 are the expansion phase of the housing market, and 12-16 are when "oversupply" of new housing starts is greatly outpacing the demand, creating "hypersupply". 

Tons of info to learn and great people on this site. 

I have two applicants who aren't even close to the credit requirements, but thankfully I put those on the site before they applied.

I find this site to be a great resource tool and a boon for those trying to learn!
