Side note, I discovered that of my Roth IRA balance, I am able to pull out the original contribution amounts tax free.

I have over a decade experience managing my own short/medium/long term rentals.That being said, I'm not really sure where to start in managing other's properties (I may be overthinking this quite a bit).

Then decide if its for you , I teach folks how open ALFs for free friends of my wife nurse and others 80% run away when they hear what it takes 10% said they'll think about it and 5% do it then out of the 5% half close them or sell them in first year.
