The two lots were owned by the same person who after foreclosure, got his back end in gear and paid the liens off on the rest of his properties - so without noticing, I got 18% interest (less the service fee) on three other lots plus my principle back.This year, we sent out noticing on one lot. 

On the plus side, that quirkiness supports more locally-owned businesses that offer better service than national chains.

However, the servicer has not accepted our preliminary sellers disclosure twice now.

Attorneys can handle real estate transactions but they bill like they would for any other legal service.

However, the city and developers have been working over the course of four years on plans to move the fleet services building to another location.

Or a single service call from a plumber, electrician or HVAC tech could run you $200-$300.
