The administrative fee is a junk fee that they charge, just because they can. 

When you hire an architect be sure that you have them under contract for construction administration.

does anybody have a list of all encompassing 'rules"i have new tennants ( a young couple 23years old) 2 months now they have paid early and all was well i thought,,,, i called them to say i was comming over to trimm a tree out frontit appears they had a new years party and i found numerous cigrette butts on the ground out front and a half smoked jointthis really pissed me off and i told them if i ever found any evidence of drug use again i would evict them this is not a party house it is a quiet residential neighborhood full of families the last thing they want to see is young 20 somethings out front smoking and drinkingi just got a simple free rental agreement off the internet and it does not mention any thing about smoking or drinking but their rental application said no smoking and they swear they made their friends smoke out side because they dont like it and they did not know who was out front smoking pot on newyears (yeah right)i guess i need to hit them with a detailed list of the rules,, i dont want a thrashed party house ,, we spent a lot of $ making the place nice :cry: :cry:

The talking heads on TV and the administration are telling us that the recession is over, even as the debt the government has caused is piling up higher than Mount Everest!
