Hello, I recently had my next door neighbor knock on my door and asked if I would like to buy the home before it gets listed for sale, and I would bc double lots are very expensive in my neighborhood.

My wife wasn't too happy about it and her having to move away however the job is almost double my current salary so she wouldn't have to work anymore and we would be within driving distance to her sister.

Rates have more than doubled and we are not done yet.

I'm pretty sure we're not at a bottom yet, but I'm dang sure we're not at a top.Buying with pounds is a double good thing thanks to the falling dollar.

I have a friend who' lawyer still does double closings.

Banks won't allow you to "assign" the contract, meaning they won't allow you to take the contract that you have with them and pass it on to another investor to close the deal.That said, the bank can't stop you from immediately reselling the property to another person (a double close) or even selling at the exact same time as you purchase it (a simultaneous close).

So there is inflation...dental is doubling, but to be honest my dental coverage may have changed, I haven't looked closely...but healthcare is essentially same coverage as last year.
