I am curious if anyone uses the standard state contract (FL) for offering on off-market dead?

The neighbor told me he has only seen the stray cat go under the deck a few times in the dead of winter when it was really cold.

Is it going to be in the stock market?

@Latimer LuiusCareful with some Finance Planning etc, they want your $ in the stocks, not the REI. 

We just buy the cheap locksets from Home Depot/Lowe's (about $13 for a set with one doorknob and one dead bolt, or $20 for a set of two of each).

I used to dabble a little in the stock market and one thing I learned is you have to do the opposit of what the majority are doing.

I have been investing in the stock market since 2008 and I'm pretty pleased with my portfolio at this point, however, I'm looking for investments I have a little more control over (you'd have to buy a awful lot of coke to make their stock price increase). 

Even if you do get a deed dated 4/19/11, some local jurisdictions may say the deed was not perfected in a timely manner or your grantor is  dead, nuts or where is he?
