Normally this would be things like, siding, roof, outside fixtures, things of that nature.When you get insurance you would be getting a condo dwelling "fire policy" which would cover "studs in" aka the inside of the condo.

But look at the bright side, the value of the dollar has gone up from 7.5 rand to just over 10 rand per dollar in just a couple months so you may be buying at a discount, and they will be hosting the 2010 soccer world cup so they're in the process of trying to clean up everything around the venues before they shut the country down...

All demo first, electrical and plumbing roughed in at same time, then insulation, drywall, painting, cabinets & fixtures (electrical and plumbing finished), then flooring all had to be daisy chained one after another and became the critical path.
