Outsource it all to a servicing company.

From what I recall BMW, Glaxo Smith Kline, and a few other companies are nearby approximately 30-45 minute drives from here. 

Basically got every single fine detail of the house both good and bad never seen an inspection company as through as them and they charge like 300/350.
