Not sure if she could sell it for like $1.00 to me but that is something I will have to figure out down the road...I would essentially be connected to the property by being the property manager and collecting rent as well as doing the tasks of any property manager using my LLC - This would save me from opening another LLC for the partnership and more tax complications.

Tell the attendees you will keep them notified by email list or Meetup notices, which ever you choose, and then either collect those emails, or ask them to join your group on meetup (emails are more reliable).But make no mistake, running a group is work, even if you keep it simple.

It's worth going if you've never been to one before, but like I said, leave the credit cards at home.Enjoy the pumped up, enthusiastic atmosphere they'll provide, but instead of signing up for a coaching program try a different mission: Collect business cards or contact information for at least 5 people close to you (where it would be convenient for both of you to get together every 2-4 weeks), who are either at your level or one notch above.Then after the event, make it your mission to have coffee/tea/whatever with each of those people, either individually or as a group.

I'm not sure about the city of Truckee but most if not all STR in unincorporated Nevada County have the TOT collected up front by Airbnb, which is nice.
