The sellers attorney has only have their clients interest at heart not yours.  

For me and my clients ! 

No agent with any sense expects every consultation to turn into a client, so don't feel bad that you may be wasting someone's time. 

I wanted to take a small poll on what rates private money lenders are using for their clients.  

In fact if I did that, my brokerage would still expect their cut and would bill me for it.Also I would not ever complain to another agents broker unless two specific things happened....they would have to blatantly brake the law, and cause one of my clients to get screwed.  

He has a website where you can email him, find the stations he's on, and listen to podcasts of his shows.I recently called in with a question, and about a week later I was talking to a client in another state and he said, "I heard you on the radio.

Many of us like myself and @Brandon Hall have clients worldwide.

Holding a client responsible for buying materials will complicate and slow up the process.
