I think it would great to invest in more active for the next 3-5 years while having the end goal being passive.

My goal is to build a small portfolio whereupon I can retire and draft rental income.I was recently making an offer on a turnkey duplex.

One of my short term goals is to have buy a MFH within the next 12 months.

My goal is to build a nice income to live from in 10 years but if there are ways to tax shelter the income for longer that is fine too.
