If he says anything else, Say That you had attempted to schedule with another plumber but they were over a week out for this type of repair also, you basically had 2 plumbers on call and the first available came to do the job.

Replacing the tub entirely is usually a costly proposition and I would do it only if the tub was not functional.I am happy you had decent results, but I wasn't impressed with the DIY kit and made several attempts using different application techniques before giving up.

Needless to say, this caused the rooftop unit to run continuously in a futile attempt to maintain much less lower the indoor air temperature to its thermostat setting especially on extremely hot days.

I have also had 3 suicide attempts  and one was successful so its important to look at the human side of these deals and not just you the investor and whats in it for you .. we were the largest buyers of courthouse steps in Southern WA for years so been through multi hundreds of these deals..

Good day everyone,I am looking for an attorney in North Western Missouri (or easily driveable) that is experienced in Commercial Real Estate Investing and aspects of Asset Protection concerning real estate.I have tried several searches and the couple that I came up with are in Kansas City (not very close, but that's ok, you can't have everything and 100 miles isn't a bad drive in the summertime) and none of them bothered to return my queries after multiple attempts.
