If you are pretty confident you can finish within 4-6 months after your contractor has committed to an estimate and you've studied the market time, your best bet would be to get a 6 month note with No PrePayment Penalty and also make sure Extensions are available.Good luck!

It would also be a good time to start networking and developing those professional relationships that will help you reach your goals, ie. lender, realtors, wholesalers, contractors, vendors, etc.Start studying the markets your are interested in to see what currently best fits your strategy.
