It also allows for slightly less urgency to respond as they are certainly expecting to wait an unknown amount of time for a response (within reason).However, the responses I just received are three cases that I'm not overly interested in pursuing.

We began by purchasing older (as in Second Empire, Victorian, Edwardian, with a couple of post WWII houses) buildings and renovating them to be healthy energy efficient homes for our tenants.Our roadmap has always had the longer term objective of building new multi-unit buildings (townhouses and/or apartment complexes) to Passivhaus standards.

The objective is when a potential deal is realized, whether it be from the very seller, an attorney, or reo agent etc., your name comes to mind first.

If a seller would object and say their house is perfect/great, I usually respond saying "yes, your house may be in great condition but the kitchen/bathroom style may be outdated and the paint job/flooring might be old as well compared to what new homeowners are looking for".
