My question is once I have a deal signed for an apartment with seller carrying back down payment I need a partner/guarantor which would help qualify for bank loan with their income and cover closing costs. 

For my next project I want to make sure it goes smoothly.

My question: In the original lease it states to make payments via check or money order to the Property management office.

Multifamily is still very rare, to the disappointment of my plex buyers, but value adds multifamily opportunities do exist for those who are diligent and patient. 

My goal is to network and build relationships with investor-friendly agents and experienced real estate professionals who have extensive knowledge of the central Indy market.

Hence, it is not aligned with my objective.

It is funny to look back and evaluate some of my own ideas and believes I had 15 years ago when I bought my first investment.
