There is much to learn here and you can also go to YouTube and read books.

I have researched religiously, but given my lack of knowledge, don't really know who is serious or who is some scammer on Youtube and just wants to take my money.

Students aren't all bad, just needs a little more filtering and a watchful eye.

Also upgraded the membership to watch all archived webinars.

Multi-unit residential is really tight inventory though, so anything in decent shape that falls in those ranges are typically gone within 24-48 hours so you have to just watch and then jump quickly.

It's been a little bit since I watched the seminar, but I believe that when you refinance it, you should get back out about what you put into it, and then repeat the process.
