Operating Expenses Question
21 February 2024 | 6 replies
I was wondering how you would go about finding out how much (in percentage terms) the operating expenses are on a property without owning it aka when looking for properties to purchaseBecause of course if I already owned the property then I would know because I have to pay them all but when trying to figure out if a property's purchase price is justified how can I determine how much the operating expenses will be?

There's definitely areas you would want to stay clear of being new to investing, but once you build up your experience and portfolio you'll find that pretty much any of the places you mentioned, will make you money by buying investment real estate.I've helped many new investors turn themselves into seasoned vets by exploring the better neighborhood's first and then once more experienced they can venture into the riskier areas.Feel free to send me a DM and we can connect further.Matthew
