I would contact other facil and see if they are looking for more spaces. 2) Co-Living / Rent by room strategy - I would try to turn that half bath into a 3/4 or full and then it could work very well.

Those fees go to the Broker not the agent… in many cases it’s a fee that the office pays to the company itself (like a franchise fee).

We lived in it as a single family residence and over the years of things that looked like they had been renovated started failing… we realized the owner before seemed to have a slap it together cheaply himself mentality.
