A little farther up the 15 is Barstow/lenwood/dagget and for your 100k you could own a multifamily with good cash flow with enough left for a hell of a weekend in Vegas or the down for another multifamily

The ads resulted in over 1,000 clicks on the AirBnB listing, so we were pleased with that.Because we're off to a good start, we bit the bullet and purchased our second tiny house on wheels this weekend.  

I live out of town from the place but I expect to get my hands dirty just after close and get working on the property for a weekend.

I actually went house shopping this past weekend and spent most of Saturday roaming around West Mobile with my realtor/property manager looking at houses, so I am still very interested in the area.

so if I intend on buy a 4 plex and claim it as owner occupied but work and rent in a separate town and just come back on the weekends.
