The benefit of doing it early morning on a Saturday is you'll find the contractors with great work ethic since they're willing to work on the weekends, and they're up early in the morning.  

This meetup would have to be in the evening or on the weekend, because I still have a day job.

My parents booked an airbnb a months ago for a trip they are taking this weekend. 

This weekend I did some analyses of some properties but I decided that they were unsuitable.

I was in Cottontown this weekend.

This will be night and weekend project for me and since time is of the essence I'll pay a sub for some work and do other work myself.
