I do have a BS degree in drafting design architecture as far as that goes. 

I agree in the MF space class A/B are most likely to weather the storm, but not sure the current value is there as most people/sellers are pricing things based on the past, which is not the current nor the future. 

Can anyone tell me how purchasing a property in an LLC will benefit me in a A-B-C transaction or is it set up for A-B only type of transaction?

A 60k house in a B area that rents for 800-850 id take all day long, but maybe I’m not as picky as you.

I got a BS of Geology and now work in IT.  

I have a few friends investing there, you can buy there for between $20,000-$55,000, rents are between $875-$1,100, it's a b- c+ neighborhood, but still a pretty nice return worth checking out.Good luck 

Yep, buy a fourplex, but do it in a A-B+ class neighborhood.
