I'm gonna sound like a "Doomsday Prepper" but food, water, sustainable farming, gold, silver and real tangible assets, (not paper assets) are going to be the only thing that matters in the future IMO.

If you perform your due diligence, Detroit can be a gold mine for you.

In this photo the miner who gave up had only one more swing of the axe before he striking gold and the other miner just kept going.

I also use my LOC for money to buy and then store/pay off it asap. it is a gold mine. 

Orange Beach & neighboring Gulf Shores AL has already been through that cycle where areas outside of the primary beach zone originally  designed to accommodate primary residences are now restricted, but the major tourist areas closest to the beach are exempt, creating a balance for residents & the visitors which are so vital to our local economy!  

For my money, Dyches Boddiford and Pete Fortunato are the gold standard for SDIRA training workshops and seminars.

I have people calling me everyday looking for an $80k buy that will be gold.

There's  gold in them thar  rejects. 

It's vital that you build a team that works well together, but everyone stays in their lane. 

Like everyone said the podcast are like gold particularly the ones from Brandon Krieg and Mike Summer who are two investors here in Michigan as well.
