I will say that (not surprisingly) I noticed a dramatic decrease in contacts the one time I listed a property before posting pictures (while rehab was underway), so make sure to take pictures and utilize their virtual tour option.

True, we live in a 'virtual' world, but photos, video walkthroughs or drone pix will not take the place of the actual tenant being inside the actual property they will actually be living in.
