You are right down the street in Olive Branch I am sure you can drive up and see for yourself or have heard on the news about the crime in Memphis.

But there is a laundromat literally across the street.

The house needs work (obvious from the street), but not to the point of tear down from what I can see.

IOW, if you're ordering lists is there much if any point in driving the streets.

I've been working with Jenna at the South Hover Street location.  

One of the properties that I am holding happens to be across the street from the house I live in.

I sent a letter to the owner of two homes in Waxahachie Tx, his response was that he is not interested in selling at this time but that he would sell a 3rd property he owns down the street.

That could be a busy street, burned out or abandoned houses in the neighborhood, railroad tracks, industrial areas, steep hill/driveway, near the interstate, next to a graveyard, funky layout, high ceilings, etc...

One is located in the Pinecrest Heights community of Annandale, close to 395 and Duke Street, and the other is located in the Carlyn Springs community in Falls Church (close to Bailey's Crossroads).
