About 3 weeks ago I purchased a vacant lot on main street in a small rural Utah town.

Maybe they know someone who would be interested in renting your property.Letting the neighbors on the street know the property is for rent.

I have the opportunity to purchase 3 more on the street in the same price range but I want to make sure there is a way to pull my money out to invest in other properties in the future.

By trustworthy, I mean if they found a briefcase on the street with $50k in cash in it and your contact info, are you certain they would contact you to return the money?
