I’ve always paid bigger downstroke so never had to worry about this but I prefer to pay pmi if it makes sense and keep extra cash on hand for other deals.Jason, what COC return are you looking for with this investment?

5) What is the preferred method and frequency of communication?

I would prefer to deal with OOS investing due to my central valley market being so rough right now.Anyone in my shoes and how did you start?

My preference is closer to downtown Greenville the better but it is pricey.

Let's pretend both 1 & 2 have industry average returns of 7% (Cash on Cash) and Preferred Return of 14% over 5 years. 

Other though may prefer to set aside the 40-60 hours (whatever it is) and have a book handed to them and a teacher educate them.
