Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

This particular time all this agent did was unlock the doors to the properties I wanted to see.

Prior to disposing of the items, send them a quick email with a photo attached saying they have 24 hours to let you know if they plan to pick them up or if you can throw them away-at their expense.
