This is assuming your tax savings calculation is on point and there're no more surprises in this deal that we're not aware of and that this company is solid.It is too bad that you let them rush you into action before you understood your options.

Yes, it is most easily understood by the masses, but the proper language to describe what you are wanting to offer is a lease with the option to buy or option to purchase.  

It's a term not well understood.

I actually think they do some pretty unique deals (outside of the turn key stuff) that would appeal to investors with large amounts of money to invest.The other syndication investments, in my opinion, is where the group really has some quality stuff.And I have never understood the numbers for the turn key stuff either so I'm probably a little biased.

To clarify, I understood that the monthly payments were pre tax, not after tax dollars, so in addition to paying yourself interest, you’d also lower your tax bill because your withholdings increases.
