They've changed things to be a lot more casual and to allow for more common sense rulings, in order to prevent individuals from getting run over by lawyers using "tricks" but companies or people may still hire attorneys to represent them.The new rules:RULE 500.4.

The trick with MFRs is really just being able to identify the higher-quality ones, yet ones that still cash flow, as MFRs can tend to be in not as good areas, but there are certainly plenty that are fine too.

Guest agrees this policy supersedes VRBO / Homeaway policy.I'm not a lawyer so i'm not 100% sure this would hold up, but it seems like it should do the trick when sending to credit card companies as proof for disputes.
