If I remember right their employment base in Texas is a little higher now than in New York.I do have hopes that tourism will come back.

@Shane H.When I was a freshman in college I joined the campus radio station, there was a series of broadcasts (not mine) targeted at the university president... needless to say, there was a mandatory meeting for all on-air personalities called.. the facility advisor opened by saying somthing along the lines of “everyone has a righ to free speech, that being said, the average cost to defend a defamation lawsuit in the US is 300k (circa 2001), the station is not responsible for your speech, are you ready?”

Yes some areas will be hurt like San Francisco and many areas that depend on tourism but many areas will continue to have high demand and low supply causing prices to continue to rise.

I agree with Brian, you are considered to be a "Disqualified Person" to your 401k and the IRS rules restrict any transaction between you and the 401k, providing any services or facilities to the 401k and receiving any personal benefits  from the 401k:https://www.irs.gov/retirement-plans/plan-particip...
