SOME (not all) of the key players that active investors and General Partners (GPs) in a syndication must build and lead are the following:- Property Manager (Management Company): While self-managing the multifamily properties once they are acquired is an option, many active real estate investors choose to outsource the hard but necessary work of finding new tenants, responding to tenant complaints, fixing toilets, and other routine operations.

In the process of revamping the kitchen (keep the cabinets but whitewash them, I do not like the current ubiquitous NYC "yellow" wood tone, also new backsplash, new stainless steel fridge, I may keep the current stove even though it is not stainless steel as it is fairly new and nice w vent, I may keep current countertops or replace w white granite as they are small in area) buy new toilet, the current is old and small, but the rest of the bathroom is nice!

This is a big no no, and people flush these down our toilets more times than I can count.However, since laying out signs in our bathrooms above the toilets stating NO WIPES or anything else besides toilet paper, we haven't had any issues.Regardless, if you do run into issues, getting a plumber out to snake the line can be costly.  

Also they keep breaking the flush lever and I test it each time I replace it, even installed a new toilet for them.

Nothing bad about the product, just the reality of hard objects, such as pans, hitting it.

They also aren't the best at their job....dispatch a tech for a stove burner that won't turn on but send an email record for a toilet flooding the bathroom...
