Good Morning,I am wondering if anyone is looking for deals in the States Street area of St.

An acquaintance who works in the area once told me that cops can arrest any homeless person loitering north of 7th Street(?).

The thing about Memphis though is that there are god and bad streets in almost every area so we really need a street address to give you a better opinion.

@Nelya Mushiyeva Waterbury is a very street by street, house by house kind of city.

The plumber just did a lot of work and said he thinks I'll need to replace the sewer line out to the street soon because of root damage.I figured that was a possibility before I bought the house, but it wasn't a deal breaker. 

This was also a very large house.Winterizing means all the water is removed from the house and water is turned off at the street. 

We've been inside investor rehabbed properties on the market and see this occurring with multiple homes on a number of streets.

I tend to agree with a lot of advice I've heard through the BP network suggesting that looking in your back yard (or street, town, state...etc) for deals.  

The home X the street from me has been vacant for a month due to the cops flushing out the dealers.

The speed is impressive up to York street, then peters out.
