Has there been any issues with the tenants and shared spaces in the house?

@Ashley Ernst we disagree with @Mike PaolucciWhile he could be right and this may be "normal", the opposite is too risky.You haven't shared enough details, but what are the chances the seller is a flipper or turnkey provider who threw the first applicant they got into the property just to make a sale happen?

I'm an investor and Realtor in MA and would be more than happy to provide some guidance if that's what you are looking for.In the meantime, others have provided some helpful tips.
